Hard week of pain and trials

...Sunday I had chills and fever at the very time that I was to teach. I tried for about 15 minutes, when I asked Loren Sizelove to take over and complete he lesson. The week was going well until this Saturday morning, when I woke up to lie down on the couch with the vibrator. I started chilling and shaking without any fever, a sign of low core temperature. That lasted for at least 45 minutes even with four blankets and a sock hat stopped the heat loss. I have been weak all day. After lunch, I had chills with a fever of 101.5 degrees. Then in late afternoon, I started the chills and shaking again. Finally we took my blood glucose and it was 45 a terribly low reading. We immediately took steps to increase that glucose. The vision impairment hasn't improved much yet, so I will stay awake for a little while to see if that clears up.
